Founded in 1952, Forest Lawn Museum is committed to enriching the community through art and culture. The collection includes works of European and American sculpture, painting, and stained glass. Forest Lawn Museum's Hall of Crucifixion-Resurrection features Jan Styka's 1896 painting of the Crucifixion. Measuring 195 feet wide and 45 feet tall, it is the largest painting on the West Coast.
